Misawa & Co.,Ltd. <3169> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on August 29th (16:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) forecast for the fiscal year ending January 2026 has decreased 89.2%, from the previous forecast of 353 million yen to 38 million yen (compared to 323 million yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of an 88.2% decrease in profit.

At the same time, the February to July period (first half) ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 205 million yen to a loss of 62 million yen (compared to a profit of 59 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
