Dividend Guidance Update ReportDaishi Hokuetsu Financial Group, Inc. <7327> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its dividend after the market closed on August 29th (16:00). Due to a planned 3-for-1 forward stock split is scheduled for September 30, the the annual dividend has been revised from the original plan of 150 yen to 100 yen (equivalent to 150 yen before the forward stock split), but the actual dividend remains unchanged.
