AGP CORPORATION <9377> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on August 29th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has decreased 37.5%, from the previous forecast of 1.61 billion yen to 1.00 billion yen (compared to 1.39 billion yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 27.6% decrease in profit.

At the same time, the previously undecided the first half of this fiscal year will be set at 20 yen (compared to 20 yen in the same period of the previous year), and the Dividend for the second half remains undecided.
