FUTABA CORPORATION <6986> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 12th (15:00). The consolidated net income/loss for the fiscal year ended March 2026 turned into a profit of 2.52 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.28 billion yen in the previous period). For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income/loss is expected to turn into a loss of 3.90 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 10 yen to 18 yen (compared to 10 yen in the prior term), and has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.
