Earnings ReportPremium Water Holdings,Inc. <2588> [TSE Std] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on May 12th (15:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 expanded to 50.1% from the previous period to 8.45 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 6.5% to 9.00 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 110 yen to 115 yen (compared to 100 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 120 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income surged 3.0 times that of the same period last year, reaching 2.20 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 13.2% in the same period last year to 11.4%.
