DAISUE CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD. <1814> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 12th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 expanded to 78.1% from the previous period to 6.60 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 14.5% from the previous period to 5.65 billion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 186 yen, an increase of 3 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 18.8% from the same period last year, reaching 2.04 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 7.3% in the same period last year to 6.7%.
