Earnings ReportNICHIREKI GROUP CO., LTD. <5011> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 12th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 decreased by 13.8% from the previous period to 6.07 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 3.7% to 6.30 billion yen. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 85 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.98 billion yen, an 8.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin improved from 8.8% in the same period last year to 9.9%.
