Earnings ReportJapan Airlines Co., Ltd. <9201> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) at noon (12:00) on May 2nd. The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 12.0% from the previous period to 107 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is expected to grow by 7.4% to 115 billion yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 80 yen to 86 yen (compared to 75 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 92 yen, an increase of 6 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income increased 65.5% from the same period last year, reaching 15.9 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 3.7% in the same period last year to 5.6%.
