Hankyu Hanshin REIT Inc. <8977> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on July 17th (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended May 2025 increased by 11.0% from the previous period to 2.43 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending November 2025, the ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 6.1% from the previous period to 2.28 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 3280 yen to 3319 yen (compared to 3155 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 3300 yen.
