United Urban Investment <8960> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on July 17th (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended May 2025 decreased by 6.7% from the previous period to 11.8 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending November 2025, the ordinary profit is expected to grow by 2.7% to 12.1 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 4000 yen to 4010 yen (compared to 3937 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 4100 yen.
