Guidance Update Report

Disruptors Inc. <6538> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 25th (17:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 45.2%, from the previous forecast of 496 million yen to 720 million yen (compared to 351 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 41.3% to 2.1 times.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 2.6 times, from the previous forecast of 142 million yen to 366 million yen (compared to 201 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to an 82.1% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
