ATOMIX CO., LTD. <4625> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on November 25th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has decreased 12.0%, from the previous forecast of 483 million yen to 425 million yen (compared to 365 million yen in the previous period), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 32.3% to 16.4%. However, the full-year forecast for consolidated net income has been revised upward 2.6 times, from the previous forecast of 310 million yen to 810 million yen (compared to 228 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 36.0% to 3.6 times, reaches new record high for the first time in nine terms.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 28.2%, from the previous forecast of 206 million yen to 148 million yen (compared to 258 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 20.2% to 42.6%.

At the same time, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 17 yen to 20 yen (compared to 17 yen in the previous period).
