KITAC CORPORATION <4707> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 26th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending October 2025 has decreased 49.9%, from the previous forecast of 347 million yen to 174 million yen (compared to 393 million yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 11.7% to 55.7%.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the May to October period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 141 million yen to a loss of 32 million yen (compared to a profit of 143 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
