Earnings ReportAVANT GROUP CORPORATION <3836> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 30th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending June 2025 (July 2024 to March 2025) increased 17.1% from the same period last year, reaching 3.62 billion yen. However, the progress rate toward the full-year plan of 4.9 billion yen was 73.9%, also falling below the five-year average of 80.4%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the April to June period (4Q) is expected to grow 24.3% from the same period last year, reaching 1.28 billion yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.08 billion yen, a 9.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 19.5% in the same period last year to 15.7%.
