Guidance Update ReportProcrea Holdings,Inc. <7384> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on April 30th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 14.3%, from the previous forecast of 2.1 billion yen to 2.4 billion yen (compared to 4.09 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 48.7% to 41.4%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit/loss has been revised upward from an expected loss of 2.95 billion yen to a loss of 2.65 billion yen (compared to a profit of 2.29 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), indicating a reduction in the loss margin.
