Earnings ReportENPLAS CORPORATION <6961> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 30th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 3.5% from the previous period to 5.44 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is expected to drop by 44.9% from the previous period to 3 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 60 yen to 70 yen (compared to 60 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 80 yen, an increase of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.13 billion yen, a 18.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin rose from 11.1% in the same period last year to 13.0%.
