Earnings ReportTOBU RAILWAY CO.,LTD. <9001> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 30th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 was 0.9% from the previous period to 72.7 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is expected to decrease by 14.7% from the previous period to 62 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 55 yen to 60 yen (compared to 55 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 65 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 17.7% from the same period last year, reaching 13.7 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 7.4% in the same period last year to 8.1%.
