THE Global <3271> Agrees to Takeover Offer from Daito Trust Construction <1878> at \1,280/Share◇
THE Global <3271> announced after market close that it has endorsed a tender offer from Daito Trust Construction <1878> aimed at taking the company private at \1,280 per share.
The transaction is designed to drive further growth by leveraging the Daito Trust Construction Group's capital strength, business foundation, and human resources. Daito Trust Construction targets the acquisition of 13,609,240 shares, with a minimum acceptance threshold of 4,165,600 shares and no maximum limit. The tender offer period will run from April 7 to May 22. Upon successful completion of the offer, THE Global's shares are slated for delisting. Consequently, the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) placed the company's stock on the Securities Under Supervision list, effective April 6.
