Earnings ReportHokuryo Co., Ltd. <1384> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 14th (15:20). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 13.6% from the previous period to 2 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to grow by 11.4% to 2.23 billion yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 50 yen, a decrease of 20 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the ordinary profit/loss turned to a profit of 0.73 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.26 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -6.6% in the same period last year to 13.7%.
