Earnings ReportFFRI Security, Inc. <3692> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 63.0% from the previous period to 880 million yen, exceeding the previous forecast of 541 million yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 9.5% to 964 million yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the sixth consecutive term of revenue and the fourth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 10 yen to 14 yen (compared to 10 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 14 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 2.2 times that of the same period last year, reaching 656 million yen. The operating profit margin jumped from 34.2% in the same period last year to 51.9%.
