Earnings ReportHIKARI TSUSHIN,INC. <9435> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on May 14th (15:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 3.8% from the previous period to 117 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to decrease by 14.9% from the previous period to 100 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 651 yen to 661 yen (compared to 638 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 708 yen, an increase of 47 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income significantly dropped to 14.7 billion yen, a 69.5% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 12.9% in the same period last year to 9.8%.
