Hito to Hito Holdings <549A> made its debut on the TSE Standard Market today, opening at 422 yen at the 9:00 a.m. bell. This represents an 8 yen <1.9%> discount to its initial public offering (IPO) price of 430 yen.
The company operates through three primary segments:
・Event Management: Provides safety and crowd control services, focusing primarily on large-scale sporting events that attract significant numbers of spectators and participants.
・Building Management: Offers comprehensive security solutions. This includes facility guarding for commercial complexes, office buildings, and schools, alongside traffic control and on-site security for facility perimeters, parking lots, and construction or civil engineering projects.
・Human Resources Support: Delivers temporary staffing solutions?such as general administrative personnel for telecommunications providers?and sales promotion services specializing in mobile devices and consumer goods.
The IPO offering comprised 3.5 million shares, with an over-allotment option of 525,000 shares. Nomura Securities acted as the lead underwriter.
