Kasumigaseki Capital rebounds on strong first-half earnings
Kasumigaseki Capital Co.,Ltd. <3498> rebounded. After the close of trading on the 2nd, the company announced its consolidated earnings results for the first half (September 2025 to February 2026). Revenue came in at \61.116 billion (up 81.1% year-on-year), and operating profit reached \8.065 billion (up 67.8% year-on-year). The robust real estate market, supported by strong investment demand, provided a tailwind. Buying intensified as investors responded positively to the strong earnings.
Additionally, the company disclosed that it has launched its first project as part of its entry into the U.S. market. Kasumigaseki Capital has commenced a mixed-use development project primarily featuring a hotel and residences in central Miami.
