MEDLEY shares firm on acquisition of Recruit Medical Career business◇
MEDLEY,INC. <4480> traded firmly. After the close of trading on the 27th last week, the company announced it will acquire the physician and pharmacist recruitment support business operated by Recruit Medical Career, a subsidiary of Recruit Holdings Co.,Ltd. <6098>. Recruit Medical Career will establish a new company on April 1st to succeed all of its business operations, and MEDLEY will acquire the shares of this company for \1 billion to make it a wholly owned subsidiary. The share transfer execution date is scheduled for August 3rd.
