ZETA INC. turns positive on patent approval for ZETA ENGAGEMENT
ZETA INC. <6031> has turned positive. The company announced earlier today that it has received patent approval for its customer loyalty enhancement engine "ZETA ENGAGEMENT," which is being viewed as a positive catalyst.
"ZETA ENGAGEMENT" is a solution that enhances customer loyalty by creating diverse engagement opportunities through reviews, hashtags, curation, and recommendations, as well as providing incentives (points) through various customer touchpoints and introducing mileage programs. The patent covers technology that calculates each user's influence score based on how their actions?such as posting reviews or adding items to favorites?affect other users. With this technology, ZETA INC. aims to provide new shopping experiences centered on UGC (user-generated content) and contribute to maximizing LTV (lifetime value) for e-commerce businesses.
