FAST RETAILING <9983> was the highest on the list with a negative contribution of 38.9 yen to The Nikkei. Below, Recruit Holdings <6098> was at 20.36 yen, KONAMI <9766> was at 14.01 yen, DAIKIN INDUSTRIES <6367> was at 10.97 yen, BANDAI NAMCO <7832> was at 9.32 yen.
By industry, 19 of the 33 industries gained. Electric Power & Gas Sector ranked first, followed by Air Transportation Sector, Nonferrous Metals Sector, and Land Transportation Sector. Insurance Sector, Other Products Sector, and Rubber Products Sector were among the top losers.
