Japan Metropolitan Fund Investment Corporation <8953> [TSE REIT] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on August 27th (15:30). The ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending August 2025 has been revised upward 10.8%, from the previous forecast of 19.3 billion yen to 21.4 billion yen (compared to 19.8 billion yen in the previous period), record profits reach two consecutive terms, turning to an 8.5% increase in the ordinary profit outlook.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned distribution for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 2770 yen to 2820 yen (compared to 2808 yen in the previous period).
