Guidance Update ReportOta Floriculture Auction Co.,Ltd. <7555> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on May 8th (14:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has decreased 35.1%, from the previous forecast of 185 million yen to 120 million yen (compared to 330 million yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 43.9% to 63.6%.
Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 32.2%, from the previous forecast of 202 million yen to 137 million yen (compared to 206 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 1.9% to 33.5%.
Due to a decline in performance, the company has reduced its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 12 yen to 10 yen (compared to 12 yen in the previous period).
