YAMAE GROUP HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <7130> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 8th (14:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 6.3% from the previous period to 18.6 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 23.2% to 23.0 billion yen, marking the sixth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the sixth consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 4.34 billion yen, an 11.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 1.8% in the same period last year to 1.5%.
