Earnings ReportSolekia Limited <9867> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 8th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 expanded to 51.9% from the previous period to 2.65 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 13.6% from the previous period to 2.29 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 50 yen to 70 yen (compared to 65 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 70 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 10.8% from the same period last year, reaching 1.16 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 11.2% in the same period last year to 12.9%.
