Earnings ReportCHARM CARE CORPORATION <6062> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 8th (14:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending June 2026 (July 2025 to March 2026) expanded 3.80 billion yen, an increase 42.9% compared to the same period last year. Progress toward the full-year plan of 4.61 billion yen was 82.5%, also surpassing the five-year average of 61.8%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the April to June period (4Q) is expected to drop 40.5% from the same period last year to 0.80 billion yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 71.5% from the same period last year, reaching 1.35 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 7.3% in the same period last year to 10.2%.
