KYUSHU LEASING SERVICE CO.,LTD. <8596> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 8th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 7.6% from the previous period to 6.00 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 1.5% to 6.10 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the third consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 62 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 98.1% from the same period last year, reaching 1.74 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 12.4% in the same period last year to 14.2%.
