Guidance Update ReportFinancial Partners Group Co.,Ltd. <7148> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 26th (18:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2026 has decreased 25.3%, from the previous forecast of 30.6 billion yen to 22.8 billion yen (compared to 26.4 billion yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 13.7% decrease in profit.
Due to a decline in performance, the dividend for the first half of this fiscal year has been reduced from the original plan of 62.7 yen to 46.35 yen, and the dividend for the second half has also been reduced from the original plan of 62.7 yen to 46.35 yen. The annual dividend has been reduced from the original plan of 125.4 yen to 92.7 yen (compared to 130.4 yen in the previous period).
