Guidance Update ReportUNIPRES CORPORATION <5949> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on March 26th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 33.3%, from the previous forecast of 9.00 billion yen to 12.0 billion yen (compared to 13.6 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 34.1% to 12.1%. However, the full-year forecast for consolidated net income/loss has been revised downward from an expected loss of 4.50 billion yen to a loss of 7.50 billion yen (compared to a loss of 21.0 billion yen in the previous period), indicating an expansion in the loss margin.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 2.1 times, from the previous forecast of 2.73 billion yen to 5.73 billion yen (compared to 9.25 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 70.4% to 38.0%.
