Guidance Update ReportAichi Financial Group,Inc. <7389> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 26th (17:45). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 15.4%, from the previous forecast of 26.0 billion yen to 30.0 billion yen (compared to 10.2 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 2.5 times to 2.9 times. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in two years.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 33.9%, from the previous forecast of 11.7 billion yen to 15.7 billion yen (compared to 0.28 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 41 times to 55 times.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 110 yen to 135 yen (compared to 110 yen in the previous period).
