Guidance Update Report

TEIN,INC. <7217> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on March 26th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 56.7%, from the previous forecast of 277 million yen to 434 million yen (compared to 391 million yen in the previous period), turning to an 11.0% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 5.8 times, from the previous forecast of 33 million yen to 190 million yen (compared to 109 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 74.3% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
