Guidance Update ReportRORZE CORPORATION <6323> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on March 25th (15:40). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2026 has been revised upward 6.5%, from the previous forecast of 30.6 billion yen to 32.6 billion yen (compared to 35.4 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 13.6% to 8.0%. However, the full-year forecast for consolidated net income has decreased 18.9%, from the previous forecast of 23.4 billion yen to 19.0 billion yen (compared to 23.6 billion yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 0.6% to 19.4%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the September to February period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 12.5%, from the previous forecast of 16.0 billion yen to 18.0 billion yen (compared to 14.8 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 7.8% to 21.3%.
