INNOTECH, Net Income Forecast for the Fiscal Year Revised Upward by 90%, Highest in Four Terms, Dividend Revised Upward by 50 Yen

Guidance Update ReportINNOTECH CORPORATION <9880> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 25th (15:30). The consolidated net income forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 90.5%, from the previous forecast of 2.10 billion yen to 4.00 billion yen (compared to 1.20 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 75.0% to 3.3 times, reaches new record high for the first time in four terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated net income is expected to increase 2.2 times, from the previous forecast of 1.52 billion yen to 3.42 billion yen (compared to 0.74 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 2.1 times to 4.6 times.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 75 yen to 125 yen (compared to 70 yen in the previous period).
