Guidance Update ReportCREO CO.,LTD. <9698> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 25th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 2.6%, from the previous forecast of 1.16 billion yen to 1.19 billion yen (compared to 1.15 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 0.5% to 3.1%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 4.3%, from the previous forecast of 0.70 billion yen to 0.73 billion yen (compared to 0.82 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 14.5% to 10.8%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 52 yen to 55 yen (compared to 51 yen in the previous period).
