TODA, Ordinary Profit Forecast for the Fiscal Year Revised Upward by 7%, Dividend Revised Upward by 5 Yen

Earnings ReportTODA CORPORATION <1860> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 13th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) surged 2.3 times that of the same period last year, reaching 33.0 billion yen.
In addition, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 7.2%, from the previous forecast of 33.3 billion yen to 35.7 billion yen (compared to 29.0 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 14.5% to 22.7%.
Based on the full-year plan announced by the company after the upward revision, our estimate of the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to March period (second half) has been revised upward 13.4%, from the previous forecast of 17.9 billion yen to 20.3 billion yen (compared to 21.2 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 15.4% to 4.1%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 40 yen to 45 yen (compared to 30 yen in the previous period).
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 2.6 times that of the same period last year, reaching 17.7 billion yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 4.4% in the same period last year to 9.0%.
