Earnings ReportNAKANO CORPORATION <1827> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 13th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) increased 18.0% from the same period last year, reaching 3.95 billion yen.
In addition, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 15.8%, from the previous forecast of 3.80 billion yen to 4.40 billion yen (compared to 3.72 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 2.0% to 18.2%.
Based on the full-year plan announced by the company after the upward revision, our estimate of the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to March period (second half) is expected to increase 37.2%, from the previous forecast of 1.61 billion yen to 2.21 billion yen (compared to 1.80 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 22.6% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 22 yen to 30 yen (compared to 22 yen in the previous period).
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 23.5% from the same period last year, reaching 1.76 billion yen. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 4.1% in the same period last year to 4.3%.
