Guidance Update ReportHokuhoku Financial Group, Inc. <8377> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on November 4th (16:15). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 20.0%, from the previous forecast of 60.0 billion yen to 72.0 billion yen (compared to 51.6 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 16.2% to 39.5%, reaches new record high for the first time in nineteen terms.
At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 31.7%, from the previous forecast of 31.5 billion yen to 41.5 billion yen (compared to 25.5 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 23.3% to 62.4%, reaches new record high for the first time in eighteen terms.
In light of the strong performance, the dividend for the first half of this fiscal year has been increased from the original plan of 35 yen to 45 yen, and the dividend for the second half has also been revised upwards from the original plan of 35 yen to 45 yen. The annual dividend will be 90 yen (compared to 50 yen in the previous period).
