Earnings ReportNICHIDEN Corporation <9902> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 8th (13:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 4.7% from the previous period to 4.89 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is nearly flat with a slight increase of 0.2% to 4.9 billion yen.
At the same time, the company plans to remove the commemorative dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 70 yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income increased 37.2% from the same period last year, reaching 1.36 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 3.9% in the same period last year to 5.7%.
