BANDAI NAMCO <7832> was the highest on the list with a negative contribution of 41.11 yen to The Nikkei. Below, SoftBank Group Corp <9984> was at 35.32 yen, CHUGAI PHARMA <4519> was at 15.77 yen, KONAMI <9766> was at 13.64 yen, SONY <6758> was at 13.47 yen.
By industry, 18 of the 33 industries gained. Marine Transportation Sector ranked first, followed by Services Sector, Nonferrous Metals Sector, and Machinery Sector. Other Products Sector, Insurance Sector, and Iron & Steel Sector were among the top losers.
