Earnings ReportIINO KAIUN KAISHA, LTD. <9119> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 8th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 20.3% from the previous period to 17.3 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to drop by 33.8% from the previous period to 11.5 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 54 yen to 58 yen (compared to 56 yen in the prior term). For the current term, the company plans to remove the special dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 44 yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 3.15 billion yen, a 52.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 13.7% in the same period last year to 10.1%.
