MEITEC Group, 4% Increase in Ordinary Profit, Update Record High for Fourth Consecutive Term

Earnings ReportMEITEC Group Holdings Inc. <9744> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results at noon (11:30) on May 8th. The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 7.0% from the previous period to 18.9 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 3.6% to 19.6 billion yen, marking the fourth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 185 yen to 198 yen (compared to 114 yen in the prior term). For the current term, the company plans to remove the commemorative dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 175 yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 9.8% from the same period last year, reaching 3.65 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 10.6% in the same period last year to 11.1%.
