Japaniace Co.,Ltd. <9558> [TSE Growth] announced a performance revision after the market closed on December 15th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) forecast for the fiscal year ending November 2025 has decreased 4.6%, from the previous forecast of 1.13 billion yen to 1.07 billion yen (compared to 1.02 billion yen in the previous period), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 10.6% to 5.5%.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the June to November period (second half) ordinary profit has decreased 7.2%, from the previous forecast of 0.71 billion yen to 0.66 billion yen (compared to 0.71 billion yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 6.5% decrease in profit.
