Earnings ReportGIFT HOLDINGS INC. <9279> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on December 15th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended October 2025 increased by 13.5% from the previous period to 3.37 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending October 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 26.3% to 4.26 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the tenth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 26 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from August to October (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 16.9% from the same period last year, reaching 0.99 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 10.7% in the same period last year to 10.2%.
