NATOCO, 3% Increase in Ordinary Profit for The Current Fiscal Year, Despite Last Fiscal Year's Dividend Increase, This Fiscal Year to Decrease Dividend

Earnings ReportNATOCO CO.,LTD. <4627> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on December 15th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended October 2025 increased by 9.6% from the previous period to 1.50 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending October 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 2.7% to 1.55 billion yen. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 52 yen to 55 yen (compared to 51 yen in the prior term), and has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 54 yen, a decrease of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from August to October (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 11.1% from the same period last year, reaching 0.49 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 7.3% in the same period last year to 7.0%.
