GENDA Inc. <9166> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending January 2025 expanded 40.0% from the previous period to 7.3 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending January 2026, the profit is expected to grow by 24.6% to 9.1 billion yen, marking the fifth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the seventh consecutive term of revenue and the fourth consecutive term of profit growth.

In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 2.1 times that of the same period last year, reaching 2.31 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 7.1% in the same period last year to 7.5%.
